Conference Roehampton has many seminar rooms with a wide range of modern lecture theatres that can accommodate up to 300 delegates. Add this to our many exhibition spaces and you have the perfect setting for conferences of any size. The venue also boasts some specialist facilities for hire, such as dance and music studios, a theatre and areas for sport and recreational activities.

Corporate events

Cocktail receptions, dinner dances, Christmas parties, BBQs; in the daytime, in the evening – our flexible venue can cater for all this and more. Stunning rooms in our listed buildings provide the right ambience for cocktail receptions, dinner dances and Christmas parties. In the summer spacious, picturesque grounds lend themselves perfectly to BBQs, marquee events and more. There are also modern bars where delegates can unwind after a hard day’s meeting.

Meetings, away days and team building

Rooms are available in a magnificent Grade I listed Georgian villa that over looks Richmond Park and a Grade II listed mansion house that overlooks a lake and landscaped gardens.
We can cater for small intimate meetings of six people to larger board room meetings for 30. Why not combine your company meeting with team building activities in our vast grounds? We can put together packages to add interest, and fun, to your day. Sports days, cocktail making and inflatable challenges are just a few of the events we have organised in the past.
