• Library and IT Enquiries Desk

    This desk is on the ground floor of the Library. Staff can offer first line support to staff and students including:

    • Resetting and unlocking passwords
    • Using computers in the Library
    • Basic info about the University Wi-Fi networks
    • Advice about printing; copying and scanning
    • Issue and discharge of loan laptops

    Please note, the Library and IT Enquiries Desk can only offer a reduced range of services when the IT Helpdesk is closed.
