Welcome from Alex Murray, President of the Roehampton Students' Union

"The RSU is an independent body within the University, run by students for students, with the main objective of maximising your time at Roehampton by making it as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.

"The RSU do everything from social events and entertainments to academic advice and support for student welfare issues. We also do a lot specifically for International students– within the RSU team we have an International Students Officer who lets us know the needs of international students and how we are able to help to improve their time at Roehampton.

"Naturally, moving to a new country to study can be a daunting prospect, but it can also be one of the best experiences of your life. If we could give you one piece of advice, it would be to get as involved as you possibly can! The RSU helps you to settle in as quickly as possible and we encourage everyone and anyone to talk to us and ask questions.
