Our vision will require a pro-active approach to Human Resources Management at the University and the ability of managers to lead and support their staff through change and the new demands that will arise.
Our primary objective is therefore to provide the strategic and operational framework for Roehampton to recruit and retain good staff and to maximise the potential of all its employees. To this end, we deal with a whole range of HR issues including recruitment, pay and grading, policy development, employee relations, employment contract changes and training and development – all of which are underpinned by the theme of equality and opportunity.
