• We understand that competitive sport may not be everyone’s cup of tea and aim to provide a comprehensive and holistic wellbeing programme for all. While some of us may benefit from a dynamic game of netball, others may enjoy more relaxing pursuits or time away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Some of us, of course, may benefit from both!

In looking to provide students and staff with multiple options to look after their own health and wellbeing, the University health and wellbeing working group has been set up – informed by professionals from Student Services, Sport Roehampton, Exercise and Health Sciences, Student Welfare, the Students' Union, Chaplaincy, Human Resources and the Medical Centre.
Key to the success of this group is the ability to create links between services and facilitate opportunities for referrals.
