Advice

For advice on any issues relating to your tenancy agreement or disputes with a landlord, please come and see or contact Paul Chapple, our Off Campus Housing Adviser. He is located in the accommodation office, first floor, Lawrence Building, Froebel College. Alternatively you can call him on 020 8392 4451 or email accommodation@roehampton.ac.uk

We can provide advice on many issues including damp in your property, condensation, problems with hot or cold running water, heating provisions and time scale for repairs. Landlords

Are you a local landlord that wishes to register with the University so you can advertise your property to all our students? You can now do so online. All you need to do is go onto our Studentpad website and register.

There is a £40 annual registration fee or £80 if you wish to advertise more than five properties. You will need to read and agree to our Code of Standards before you can sign up. Once you have done this you can advertise your properties via the site. You will have access to your own account and can update and amend details as and when you like.

All that we ask is that you pay the fee and provide us with a current CORGI gas certificate for each property that you wish to advertise, details and documentation of what deposit protection scheme you are using and a copy of your current building insurance. It's as simple as that!

If you want to speak to us further about this new service and how we can help you with your letting and documentation required, please contact the office on 020 8392 4451 or email: accommodation@roehampton.ac.uk
