Volunteer and Ambassador Programme
We are grateful for so many alumni who give their time to support the University.
This programme allows you to share your experience with current and prospective students, to develop your skills or gain experience in a new field and is a great way to meet new friends or catch up with old ones! Alumni volunteer in many ways and even the shortest amount of time will make an impact on our students and the University.
Become a mentor
Our career mentoring scheme enables alumni and friends of the University to mentor current students and recent graduates with one-to-one career advice, support and guidance. If you would like to share your experiences and help guide the career of others please contact alumni@roehampton.ac.uk to express an interest or apply direct to the scheme.
Host a networking event, give a lecture or provide work experience
Speak to a group of students and share professional insights, helping them make the transition to the world of work. Offer work experience or run a workshop – not only do you help the graduate leaders of the future you can raise awareness of your own organisation at the same time. Please email alumni@roehampton.ac.uk with your subject or department of interest if you would like to consider this.
International ambassadors
Roehampton’s Alumni community are spread across the world with thousands of alumni based in more than 140 countries across the globe. We are always looking for international alumni (or UK alumni who are based overseas) to assist our recruitment team at international events. There are a number of events throughout the year where the support of alumni is crucial to help inform prospective students about studying in the UK in Roehampton.
