Collaborative projects in South East Asia
Pro-Vice-chancellor Andy Masheter signed Roehampton’s first co-operation agreement with a Vietnamese University in October. The agreement was with the College of Technology, of Vietnam National University in Hanoi. Mr Masheter was visiting Vietnam with Professor Yvonne Guerrier, Dean of School of Business and Social Sciences and Martin Hookham, Head of the International Centre. Professor Guerrier summed up the visit: “We were impressed by the quality of the computer science and business departments that we visited and Vietnam. The agreement with Coltech paves the way for joint Masters programme development in the area of Information Management. We expect that other collaboration agreements in the area of Business will follow soon.”
