Roehampton University
Open Spaces. Open Minds.
"I really enjoying studying Criminology and Sociology at Roehampton; the lecturers are very passionate about their specific area and convey their passion through teaching. My chosen degree programme has enabled me to gain an understanding in the social scientific study of crime as well as studying society. Studying at Roehampton has also given me the opportunity to combine my interests and has enabled me to choose modules which are of personal interest to me.
As well as enjoying my time at Roehampton academically, there are also a wide variety of social activities to engage in. Being a programme representative has also enabled me to gain important transferable skills which will benefit me in the future, such as time management, negotiation skills, problem - solving and working collectively and cohesively with others. It also gives me a chance to represent my fellow students and make a positive change to my degree as well as interact with students from other degree programmes."
