Lindsey Doud

Lindsey is a lawyer, with over 30 years’ experience in law, consultancy, global strategy and development and communications. She practised with a magic circle law firm, working in London, New York and Paris, before moving into HR/remuneration consultancy, where she became a partner with a multinational actuarial and consulting organisation. She then moved into industry, where she has held a number of senior leadership positions, including sitting on the board of a leading international employee benefits administration business. She recently spent four years as a trustee director of a large private sector pension plan.

Lindsey has been involved with Roehampton since 2020 and now chairs the Law Faculty’s Advisory Board. The first in her family to go to university, she is passionate about social mobility and is a mentor with several charities which help young people from less advantaged communities make their way into higher education and the workplace.

She holds a law degree from the University of Oxford and the Pension Management Institute’s award in pension trusteeship qualification.
