Initial steps are underway to create a revised baseline of biodiversity on the University of Roehampton campus. An initial data set has been complied which will be used to develop a baseline report for this year. The current data reveals that there is over 350 species of fungi, animals and plants described; most of which were recorded by our university specialist Dr Peter Shaw.
