Committee Accountability
The Department is accountable for what it does through several committees of Council. The Employment Committee deals with most staffing and employment matters. The Remuneration Committee deals with salaries of senior staff.
We also look after the following:
- JNCCs for Teaching and Support Staff
- Diversity and Equal Opportunities Committee
- Academic Promotions Board
- Staff Development Advisory Group
- Reward Strategy Steering Group
