The Conditions of Service appropriate to your grade or position form part of your employment contract, and may be amended from time to time. You will have been given a copy of your conditions on joining the University or on moving to another job with different conditions.
Any amendments will be made following consultation with Staff-side Representatives, or with employees as appropriate, under the terms of the Joint Negotiating and Consultative Commitees constitution.
These conditions should be read in conjunction with your individual letter of appointment and the Employment Policies and Procedures.
Any queries about your Conditions of Service may be referred either to your line manager or direct to Human Resources.
