The HR department is responsible for servicing the Staff Development Advisory Group (SDAG) and the Investors in People Internal Review Team.
This is a working group that meets at least three times a year to discuss strategic and practical training and learning initiatives.
Below you can find a current list of staff who are willing to be approached on any ideas that you might have for training and development initiatives within the University. (Word)
Investors in People is a national standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people, particularly in the area of training and development of staff.
Roehampton remains committed to the principles underlying IIP and worked towards whole University recognition, taking the building block approach. The University now has Investor in People status.
