Personal Development Plans

Before you book a place on a session/course, you should be discussing the relevance of the learning outcomes with your line manager to ensure that they are in line with your current objectives [as discussed during the annual appraisal].

For any training and development activity that you undertake, you are encouraged to complete: (Word)

You are also encouraged to undertake reflection, with your line manager, three months after undertaking a development activity.

As part of our new Management Development Programme we also have a Personal Development Diary for staff undertaking any of the courses listed on the programme.
