New career-focused courses for 2022

Roehampton has launched a range of new undergraduate and Master's degrees in areas including Communications, International Relations, Politics, Criminology and Policing, Computing and Education, all designed to equip students with the confidence, adaptability and knowledge they need to succeed in their future careers.

The programmes include a BA in Liberal Arts, which gives students the freedom to create their own degree programme from a wide range of options in Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts, and then specialise in areas that interest them. Areas include politics and International Relations, Literature and Language, History and Heritage, Religion and Philosophy, Social Justice and Identity and Media and the Creative Industries.

Our BA Politics degree is designed for those with an interest in international relations, British and global politics. We are also offering a BA Philosophy, Politics and Economics, focussed on helping students understand and address real-world issues in politics, economics and business.

For students keen to pursue careers in digital and communications design roles, our BA in Digital Design, equips students with professional skills in an industry-led programme.

At postgraduate level, new programmes for 2022 entry include MA Cultural Heritage Studies, designed to equip students with the skills to pursue careers in the heritage and culture sectors, the charity sector, community-based and local government organisations. They also include a new MA Environmental Humanities; focussed on addressing some of the most urgent environmental issues we face; and a new MA in International Relations, which covers global challenges such as the environment, peace and security, health and human rights and sustainable development.
