This course critically examines the theoretical basis of methods of assessment and the practical application of data within biomechanics.

It offers you a means of studying biomechanics from a discipline-specific standpoint and addresses the scientist’s need to understand how theoretical biomechanics can be applied to the understanding and development of movement for sport, exercise and clinical applications.

Internships and placements

Sports Science and Sport Roehampton staff are constantly seeking to develop good working relations with National and local sporting organisations. Consequently, we are often able to offer our MSc students invaluable opportunities to gain experience of providing high level scientific support.

Internships are training packages developed in association with sporting organisations to specifically provide students with the opportunity to develop professional skills within real, high-level sporting environments. Read more
