This specialist pathway will enable you to analyse the marketing context in which international brands operate. You will learn how to apply marketing concepts to different contexts, including non-traditional organisations, non-profit entities and the public sector. You will also be exposed to research relating to contemporary issues in marketing, eg, digital marketing and retail marketing.

Key areas of study

This course will provide you with a thorough understanding of the principals of management and finance, in an international context. You will study a core range of stimulating modules and also have the chance to focus in more detail on areas that interest you.

Recent core modules have covered topics including management research methods, international financial management, human resource management, contemporary issues in marketing. Optional modules cover a diverse range of topics, which might include retail marketing, brands and brand management and entrepreneurship.

    This course is seeking recognition from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. It is taught by research- and consultancy-active staff.
