The Research and Business Development Office

The Research and Business Development Office (RBDO) is a newly formed office which brings together the activities of the former Research and Academic Enterprise offices. The RBDO provides an enhanced level of support and guidance for those wishing to submit bids and oversees the policies and procedures which ensure the best success rate. The RDBO is also concerned with the strategic development of business partnerships and collaborations, and engaging with the University’s partners to create new business opportunities, including new courses. The RDBO works closely with the Graduate School to support the provision for the University’s research student community.
