- Capital Projects
- Facilities Management - Accommodation Services, Catering Services, Cleaning services, Conferencing & Events Services, and Grounds & Waste Management Services.
- Finance Services
- Health and Safety - Permits to Work, Fire Safety, Staff and Student Safety, Health & Safety Training and First Aid
- Security, Fire and Transport - Security Services, Transport Services, Access Control & Fire Compliance Systems, Portering Services and Post Room Services.
- Timetabling Services
