I have been an English lecturer at Roehampton for over 20 years. My teaching interests are mainly in Nineteenth-century American literature, Twentieth-century literature of the American South, and the short story.

I am co-ordinator of the EML School recruitment team and am keen to encourage widening access to higher education.

Inaugural Whitelands Ruskin lecture with Prof Dinah Birch

The University of Roehampton in conjunction with the Guild of St George, are pleased to announce that Professor Dinah Birch will deliver the inaugural Whitelands Ruskin lecture on Wednesday 14 May at 6pm. The topic will be Thinking Through the Past: John Ruskin and the Whitelands College May Festival.
