Deputy Provost, Claire Ozanne has been promoted to Professor of Ecology.

Claire was awarded a personal chair in recognition of her research on insects and other arthropods in temperate and tropical forest canopies, her strengths in learning and teaching and her contribution to academic leadership.
Claire is Deputy Provost with particular responsibilities for International Partnerships.

Alumnus works at the Zoological Society of London to conserve highly endangered amphibians
Benjamin Tapley graduated from the Department of Life Sciences at Roehampton in 2004 and is now the Curator of Herpetology at the Zoological Society of London. The focus of Benjamin's work is on the conservation of threatened amphibians.
