Spring Mews is the ideal accommodation for students who want to enjoy the unique experience of living in the centre of one of the world's most exciting cities, while remaining a short train journey away from Roehampton.
Each stylish ensuite room has a small double bed, spacious work area, storage and even a heated towel rail! While living at Spring Mews, you don’t need to worry about a thing. Your rent includes all utility bills, uncapped high-speed internet and contents insurance. There is also a parcel collection service, 24/7 laundry room and plenty of bike storage.
It is often said at university you will make friends for life, and at Spring Mews you are likely to meet them making a cup of tea in the high-spec communal kitchens or in one of the several fantastic social areas. You can also unwind in the amazing on-site swimming pool or improve your fitness at the Spring Mews gym. You will never be bored living at Spring Mews.
Located near the banks of the River Thames in trendy Vauxhall, you will be close to a range of cool bars, cafes and attractions at your doorstep as well as one of London’s prime transport hubs. It's only a 15 minutes train journey from Vauxhall to Barnes station, so you'll be able to combine living in central London with being close to the University.
We are continuing to offer all registered University of Roehampton students, who take a room at Spring Mews for a 51 week contract, an accommodation bursary. This will reduce the cost of the accommodation for 2019/20 to £185.50 per week. The total accommodation fee will be £9,407.50.
The contract will run from 2 September 2019 to 22 August 2020.
All Roehampton students living in Spring Mews for 51 weeks will also be provided with funds to cover the cost of an annual Zone 2/3 Student Oyster Card – currently worth £736 per year. You will be provided with information about how to claim this before your tenancy starts.
