Dr Andrew Rogers Andrew is the Principal Investigator for the project. He is Senior Lecturer in Practical Theology at the University of Roehampton, and runs a Ministerial Theology degree programme for students largely from black majority churches. Andrew lives in South East London, was previously an RE teacher in Lewisham, and has also worked with churches in East and Southern Africa. |

Rosemarie Davidson-Gotobed Rosemarie is a Research Assistant on the project. She has a background in law, and works on various projects related to cross-cultural understanding. |

Sherry Kolawole Sherry is a volunteer Research Assistant on the project. She gained her BA in Theology from Christ the Redeemer College (Middlesex) in 2012. |

Alan Sharp Alan is a Research Assistant on the project. He had an early background in business and finance, but has since worked for Interserve for many years, and been heavily involved in community work in Tooting, especially alongside black majority churches. |

Yomi O’Peters Yomi is a Research Assistant on the project. He gained his BTh in Ministerial Theology from Roehampton in 2011, and is the pastor of black majority church in Plumstead. |

Rev Dr Daniel Eshun Daniel is an Associate Investigator on the project. He is a lecturer on the Ministerial Theology programme at Roehampton and also Anglican chaplain to the University. |

Diane Thompson-Bowen Diane is a Research Assistant on the project. She gained her BA in Theology and Education from Roehampton in 2010, and is now studying for an MA in Christian Ministry. Diane is a minister in a black majority denomination. |

Misha Burgess Misha is a Research Assistant on the project, focussing on database administration. She is currently studying for a Maths degree in London. |
