The University of Roehampton warmly welcomes students from Canada. Of the 8,000 students we have in total on campus, approximately 14% are international. The university hosts representatives from over 141 nationalities around the world, offering a uniquely diverse student experience. Our Canadian students can be found across all our 7 academic departments, studying programmes such as Business, Arts, Education, Humanities, Psychology, Life Sciences and Social Sciences.

Bachelor applicants: You can apply via UCAS https://www.ucas.com/ or directly to the university by using our online application form.

Master degree applicants: All Postgraduate applicants are able to apply directly to the university by using the online application form.

Academic

Undergraduate

The Canadian High School Diploma meets the general entry requirements for the University of Roehampton, but the specific requirements vary depending on the province.

The International Baccalaureate Diploma meets the general entry requirements for the University. Point requirements vary according to programme.

A recognised foundation course in the UK.

Masters

Upper second-class honours degree = Bachelors degree with minimum CGPA 3.0 on a 4 point scale

Lower second-class honours degree = Bachelors degree with minimum CGPA 2.8 on a 4 point scale

MBA

Same as above Masters requirements

Please note above requirements are guidelines only. Each application will be assessed individually. 

For students who do not yet meet the required level of English, you can take a preparation course at the University of Roehampton before commencing your degree programme. We offer a range of Pre-sessional English courses for students who need to develop their English.

September entry

All international students who apply before 31st July will be guaranteed university accommodation. Applications for September entry can be made from the beginning of February.

January entry

We also offer a range of accommodation options for students starting in January, applications can be made from the beginning of November.
