The high-quality student accommodation will be based in the new Spring Mews development in Vauxhall Gardens Conservation Area and will feature a range of facilities for students to enjoy including a gym and swimming pool, games areas and 24-hour security. Each room will include en-suite bathrooms and access to kitchen facilities.
The agreement will complement a larger project of investment in new high-quality student accommodation the University is making, to meet demand arising from our growing reputation among students in the UK and overseas and to provide a greater variety of options for our students.
