Choreographed by Katja Vaghi in collaboration with Roehampton Dance Students, the 30-minute performance highlights the University’s campus as a haven.

The University of Roehampton is to host Interweave, a dance journey commencing on Froebel Lawn May 31 at 6pm and Friday May 31 at 2pm.
Choreographed by Katja Vaghi in collaboration with Roehampton Dance Students, the 30-minute performance highlights the University’s campus as a haven. It is a place of serenity, peace and stillness, within the urban rush of South West London. Twenty dancers respond to this setting, accompanied by the natural soundscape of Roehampton’s wildlife.
Follow the dancers as stories unravel through trees, by rocks and around lakes. Watch myths and legends come to life. Experience a walk through the campus, with dancers always just around the corner.
Humorous, focused and ephemeral, this piece is a celebration of life, blending the boundaries between dance and the natural world.
