Deputy Provost, Claire Ozanne has been promoted to Professor of Ecology.

Claire was awarded a personal chair in recognition of her research on insects and other arthropods in temperate and tropical forest canopies, her strengths in learning and teaching and her contribution to academic leadership.

Claire is Deputy Provost with particular responsibilities for International Partnerships.

"I am delighted to have recieved this recognition for my contribution to academia and would like to thank all my colleagues, because our excellence in learning and teaching at Roehampton has been achieved entirely through team work"
