The Sixth Annual Conference of the British Association for Holocaust Studies (BAHS) will be taking place at the University of Roehampton, 17-19 July 2019.  This year’s event, entitled ‘Narratives of the Holocaust’ is very much an interdisciplinary and international affair, bringing together academics and practitioners from museums, archives and teacher education from across the UK, Europe, Africa and North America.  Papers will address a wide range of themes including historical, literary and spatial narratives of the Holocaust; memorialisation; Holocaust education; survivor and second generation testimonies; and representations of the genocide within films, video games and music.

Our confirmed keynote speakers are Professor Tim Cole (University of Bristol), Professor Peter Davies (University of Edinburgh) and the winner of the 2019 Wolfson History Prize, Professor Mary Fulbrook (UCL).

Interested colleagues and students are invited to register online at https://estore.roehampton.ac.uk/conferences-and-events/conferences/narratives-of-the-holocaust/narratives-of-the-holocaust
