Registry and Student Enquiries

The Registry and NEST teams provide a centralised, customer focused administration service in support of our current students and Alumni.

Nest 

NEST supports students with a wide range of administrative and practical queries throughout their journey at the University. We help with topics such as enrolment, timetables, letters and documents, attendance, assessments, student records, and general guidance on where to go for further support. Our aim is to provide accurate, timely information and ensure students are directed to the right service as quickly as possible.

Students can reach NEST through the following channels:

  • NEST Online: Submit queries, request letters, and access self‑service information.

  • Service Desk: Log a ticket for support with more detailed or complex issues. https://servicedesk.roehampton.ac.uk/support/tickets/new

  • Phone Line: For urgent or immediate enquiries during our advertised operating hours. 020 8392 3100

  • In Person: Visit the NEST desk on campus for face‑to‑face assistance. library foyer (seven days a week), and Whitelands College reception week days. 

Registry

The Registry team is responsible for Enrolment of new and continuing students, maintenance of student records system and University level student assessment and awards. Information relating to these areas is available via the Student Portal (internal access only).

Alumni (Former Students)

  • Verification for third parties (such as employers, agencies and embassies)
    Third party enquirers such as employers, agencies and embassies must verify attendance and awards from our university with Prospects Hedd. A Hedd verification confirms the candidate's name, qualification type, course name, year of award, classification obtained and dates of attendance. Please visit www.hedd.ac.uk to register. There is a small charge for each enquiry and you must provide the written consent of the individual. To prevent delays, please enter the candidate's details as they appear on their degree certificate. Enquiries are checked and completed by the university's registry team.
