Undergraduate On-Campus Open Day

This on-campus undergraduate open day will be the perfect opportunity to discover our beautiful parkland campus and put your questions to our academics, support teams and current students.

The event itinerary will include:

  • Subject sessions
  • Campus, accommodation and library tours
  • Student life fair with student support teams

What can I do during an Open Day?

At our Undergraduate Open Days you can:

  • Join subject-specific sessions to hear from our academics and ask them any questions you have about your programme of interest
  • Tour our beautiful parkland campus, which includes our new media centre, our state-of-the-art library, accommodation, and excellent teaching facilities
  • Attend our Student Life Fair where you can chat with staff from our Students' Union, and Student Support Teams
  • Meet our friendly Students Ambassadors who will take you on tours and talk about student life at Roehampton

Great, I've booked my ticket - what next?

Once you've booked your place, you'll receive an email with your ticket attached. All you need to do is bring this with you to register on the day - it can either be printed or displayed on your phone.

We'll email you closer to the date with a copy of the detailed itinerary for the day.

How do I get to the University campus?

On the day, you'll need to arrive at: University of Roehampton Main Entrance, Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 5PU.

If you plan to drive here, please note that there will be free parking available on campus. However, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are coming by train, the nearest station is Barnes. It's a 15 minute walk from Barnes Station to the University's main entrance, but we will also be offering a free shuttle service from Barnes Station to the University's main entrance.

Students Ambassadors will be assisting you at the station with anything you might need. They will also be on Campus to chat and answer you any questions.

What if I have accessibility requirements?

If you require a disabled parking space or have any accessibility requirements that mean you need additional arrangements to make the most out of this event, please email ug.information@roehampton.ac.uk at the earliest opportunity.

FAQs

When arriving at the University's Main Entrance, you'll need to register and check in. This happens with our staff members located on Pods outside of the Welcome Centre.

Of course! You can bring up to two guests with you to our events.

There will be free parking available on campus. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Many of the food and drink outlets on campus will be open for you to use during the event. At registration, you'll all receive a lunch and drinks voucher which entitles you to free food and refreshments on the day.

Yes, all our Open Days are completely free of charge.
