Academic support
Your young person will have support around them throughout their studies, with dedicated academic specialists, personalised support services and flexible learning resources to help them feel confident and supported.
Your young person will have access to:
- A dedicated Personal Tutor providing personalised guidance throughout their course
- Our online Study Skills Hub, with practical guidance, resources and personalised feedback
- Specialist library advisers and resource guides to develop research and study skills
- Accessibility support and reasonable adjustments to help them participate fully in their course
Wellbeing and personal support
Moving away from home, managing money, meeting new people and adjusting to university life can all bring new challenges. If your young person needs some extra support, they won’t have to manage things alone.

- Wellbeing Officers who can provide advice and support, in person or online
- Mental Health Advisers who can help students navigate challenges and access appropriate support
- Spiritual support from our Chaplaincy
- An on-campus NHS Student Medical Centre
- Flat Reps and College Wardens providing additional support for students living on campus
