Airport transfer
We offer a subsidised airport transfer service from London Heathrow Airport for international students who will be living in university accommodation.

How does it work?
This year we are running airport transfer in the form of transport voucher contribution. Please note that:
- The service is only available between Heathrow airport and University of Roehampton on the above day
- We will reach out with more information on how the airport transfer will run closer to the date
- University of Roehampton will not be covering transport fees for arrivals outside of the set date. If you are arriving outside of the date set, please see below for information on how to get to campus
- We have kitchen and bedding packs available in our e-store. If you are arriving without, and wish to purchase them, please click here.
Many students experience delays with their travel plans or visas application and so may be arriving later than planned, late at night or over the weekend. If this applies to you please email us in advance with your estimated arrival time, on your arrival please go to the Security Gatehouse at the Main Entrance to collect your keys.
On arrival, please make your way to the library, close to the university's main entrance. The welcome team will be located in the foyer between 9am and 7pm where you can register and collect your keys - campus map is available here.
You can join the welcome activities arranged for our on-campus students if you're living off campus, or overseas.
The University of Roehampton is collaborating with our travel partner Key Travel to provide a travel booking portal, offering beneficial fares for students.
