Roehampton is top ranked modern London university

Roehampton has moved up two places in the Complete University Guide 2022, and is now the top-ranked london post-1992 university.

Roehampton’s biggest improvement is in the Student Satisfaction measure, moving up 13 places, the second consecutive year it has seen a significant improvement in this measure.

A range of subjects performed well, featuring in the top two quartiles in the country on a number of measures. Some of the highlights include:

  • Law is ranked number 1 in the UK for student satisfaction 
  • Education is ranked number 2 in London overall, and has now been in the top 2 in London for three years running
  • Classics, English, Nutrition, History, Linguistics and Theology and  Religious Studies are in the first quartile of all institutions for Student Satisfaction.
  • Education and Sports Sciences are in the first quartile for Graduate Outcomes.
  • Drama, Dance and Cinematics (film), Education and Law are all in the second quartile of all institutions on Overall Score.
  • Drama, Dance and Cinematics (film) is in the first quartile for Research Quality
  • Anthropology, Counselling and Psychotherapy are in the first quartile for Research Intensity
