Commencing in January 2025, this partnership will serve Nepal’s growing higher education demand by delivering undergraduate and postgraduate Business programmes at Embark College’s brand-new campus site in Kathmandu, Nepal. Embark College’s extensive industry connections and experienced teaching staff, combined with Roehampton’s sector-led curriculum and quality assurance is set to produce entrepreneurial, community conscious and skilled graduates ready for the workforce in Nepal and beyond.

Speaking in response to the signing of Embark College, Professor Ezingeard, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Roehampton, said “The University of Roehampton is delighted to partner with Embark College to expand access to career-focused education in Nepal. The partnership will provide industry-informed teaching, anchored in local communities, that will open new opportunities for people from all backgrounds”.

Embark College’s Executive Director, Asish Thakur added “We are confident this initiative will bridge education with industry, entrepreneurship and society at large. For MBA students, we have established collaborations with various organisations to ensure strong industry connections and placement opportunities. We’re committed to providing globally benchmarked education through our partnership with the highly ranked, University of Roehampton”.

The initial offering will be BSc Business Management (4 years) and MBA (2 years) with plans for expansion into other subject areas in the coming years.
