Designed for those who have completed a PGDip in Leadership and Management and similiar areas, including Applied Leadership and Management and Educational Leadership and Management.
You'll learn through a blended delivery approach, where sessions will include problem-solving, discussions/debates and other team-based activities to facilitate employability skills.
You'll study three compulsory modules:
- Sustainable Business Strategy
- Business Research Methods
- Applied Research Project/Simulation
Professional Development Programme
Through this mandatory, co-curricular module, you’ll practice and enhance your core skills in the following areas:
- Presenting
- Critical writing
- Research
You’ll also work on negotiation techniques, developing the credibility of your arguments to give you the competitive edge.
