Course overview
This one-week course is designed to support professionals transitioning into the NHS from other sectors, helping them map their existing skills to NHS roles, understand the healthcare landscape, and navigate their career progression effectively.
Delivered as part of a collaboration between Roehampton and the Southwest London NHS Integrated Care Partnership (SWL NHS ICP), this course supports recruitment, onboarding, and probation success for mid-career changers entering the NHS.
