Make a booking for the academic year 23/24 on campus at the University of Roehampton and receive £250 off the final rent instalment in 2024.
Continuing students already studying at the University of Roehampton who choose to return to on campus accommodation will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to a £250 off the final rent instalment for the academic year, for a minimum tenancy of 39 weeks or 37 weeks in Bede.
This Offer is only applicable to You as a continuing student and is non-transferable.
The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Customers will only qualify for the £250 once their 2023/24 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed. The £250 will be provided to those residents that complete the tenancy and will be taken from the final rent instalment in April 2024.
To receive the discount, you must have fully paid rent and not be in any arrears and still occupying your room in the final term.
The applicable discount will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with the University of Roehampton and will be deducted from the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2023/24 tenancy agreement. No cash or gift card alternative is available.
If the customer does not check in to the property at the start of their 2023/24 tenancy period, they will forfeit entitlement to the discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under the terms of their 2022/23 tenancy agreement.
Only one discount per qualifying customer is permitted. The discount is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable.
The University of Roehampton accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
The University of Roehampton reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
This offer is available for continuing students booking on campus accommodation. This is a limited number of rooms available with this offer and the offer will be withdrawn once this limit has been reached.
