Celebration Day Event

What is the run time of the event?
The celebration will run from 11am-4pm.

When do I need to arrive?
This is a relaxed, informal event so it is entirely up to you when you arrive, however to make the most of all that is on offer we recommend you use the full time slot available.

Where do I go upon arrival?
Please visit our Registration Desk in the reception area of Grove House. This is where you are able to claim your refreshment voucher if you have purchased a ticket.

Is there parking available?
We have reserved Davies car park on Froebel Campus for this event. However please be aware that parking is limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis therefore we encourage the use of public transport.

What does my ticket payment cover?
Ticket prices cover the cost of refreshments on offer in the Terrace Room and the hire of suppliers.

Can I bring a guest that doesn’t attend Roehampton?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase tickets for family members and friends that are not final year students at the university.

Can I bring a child?
Children are welcome to attend but anyone over the age of 12 will need a ticket. We cannot be held responsible for childcare so please do ensure that keep a close eye on any guests you bring along!

Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, a booking confirmation will be sent to you from the eStore that you can use as proof of purchase upon arrival.

Will tickets be available on the day?
Tickets will not be available on the day. All tickets will need to be purchased on the eStore in advance.

Will there be entertainment?
Yes, we will have stall games, social sport activities and live music at the event, all covered in the cost of your ticket.

Is this event replacing graduation?
Not at all! This is an informal event to celebrate on campus and gives you the chance to find out more about your next steps. The formal ceremonies take place in September and graduation invitations will be sent to you by the end of May.

What about the risk of COVID-19?
We are working hard to ensure that everyone attending our event feels comfortable and safe. To do this we are working with our Health and Safety Team to ensure distancing is possible through use of outside spaces, to update our risk assessments to reflect the latest practices, to increase cleaning across campus and have hand sanitisation available. We will also encourage attendees to use our simple one system to avoid congestion indoors.
