Terms of Reference
- To consider and recommend to LTQC, revisions to the Academic Regulations as and when they are required.
- To develop and recommend to LTQC, additional regulations as may be required.
- To undertake an annual review of the Academic Regulations and their implementation and report to LTQC.

Frequency of meetings
Meetings will be scheduled to take place two weeks prior to every meeting of LTQC, but can be cancelled if there is no urgent business.
Scope
Only consideration of taught academic regulations will fall under the remit of this Group. Any amendments to Research Degrees regulations will be considered by RDCom.
