This event will be the perfect opportunity to discover our beautiful parkland campus and meet staff from our student services.

Itinerary

09:00 – 10:00 Arrival & Registration

10:00 – 10:45 Undergraduate Welcome Talk - by Peter Flew, Associate Vice-Provost (Academic Portfolio Development)

10:00 – 10:45 Postgraduate Welcome Talk - by Dr Richard Keogh, Vice-Provost (Research and Knowledge Exchange)

10:45 – 13:00 Student Life Fair - with the following Support Teams: Admissions, Accommodation and Finance

10:45 – 13:00 Campus & Accommodation Tours

10:45 – 13:00 Library Tours

Please note, we will not be offering any subject level talks at this event. There will be two talks to chose from; the Undergraduate Welcome Talk and the Postgraduate Welcome Talk.

Offering this on-campus event is subject to the government unlocking roadmap proceeding as planned. If there are any changes to this event, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Arrival & registration

Once you’ve booked your place, you’ll receive an email with your ticket attached.

Please bring this with you to register on the day, it can either be printed or displayed on your phone.

Guests

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, we must limit the number of guests allowed on campus for this event. Therefore, each student will only be able to register two guests.

You will be asked to provide the name and contact details of your guest when registering. Any additional unregistered guest(s), will not be allowed entry to the event.

Parking

There will be limited parking available on campus, allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you require a disabled parking space or have any accessibility requirements that mean you need additional arrangements to make the most out of this event, please email ug.information@roehampton.ac.uk at the earliest opportunity.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

We will be implementing a range of COVID-19 Safety Measures, in order to keep you and others safe on the day.

  • We strongly recommend that you and your guest(s) take a COVID-19 test before attending this event
  • We will have socially distanced seating inside all buildings
  • A face covering must be worn whilst inside buildings unless guests are medically exempt
  • Hand sanitising stations are offered throughout campus

Please be assured, these measures will also apply to staff and student ambassadors working on the day.
