On arrival, please go to the library by the main entrance (postcode: SW15 5PU) to register. Registration opens at 11am.
Throughout the day our student ambassadors (you won't miss them in their yellow hoodies!) and staff will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Please note photography will be taking place at the event. The images and footage will be used for marketing future events on our digital and print advertising. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of staff when you arrive.

Starting university is exciting - but it can also feel overwhelming. This interactive 45-minute workshop will help you hit the ground running. You’ll:
- Discover key university services and how to access them
- Learn about societies, sport, wellbeing support, and social life opportunities
- Pick up practical tips for navigating your first few weeks
- Connect with other new students
- Get the inside track on must-know dates and events

Subject specific tours
Dive deeper into your chosen field with tailored tours that showcase the spaces, facilities, and resources designed for your subject. It’s your chance to see where your studies will come to life!
All tours will last 30 minutes and will take place at: 11am, 12noon and 1pm.
Location: Please meet by the yellow minibus flag at the entrance to the university.

Our closest station is Barnes train station. From here you can jump on our mini-bus, or make the short walk along Roehampton Lane to campus.Trains from Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Richmond, Hounslow, Twickenham and Weybridge all run through Barnes.
Putney Bridge is our nearest tube station, on the District Line. You can get the 265 public bus there.
Our closest bus routes are the 265, 419 and the 493.

We will be providing a free minibus service throughout the day. Please wait by the sign outside Platform 1 for the Roehampton branded minibus.
If you'd prefer to walk from Barnes Station, our main campus is about 15 minutes away.
You can walk to Whitelands College (Holybourne Avenue, SW15 4JD) from main campus, it takes about 12 minutes.

We have free parking available on campus.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will be given a permit to display in your car.
