Roehampton is consistently ranked as the top new university in London for graduate employability.

Whether you are looking to recruit for a large-scale graduate training scheme or a summer placement student, we are experienced in working with employers and organisations across all sectors. A Roehampton degree is designed to help our students become a graduate most valued by employers: a confident, critical thinker open to new ideas, with first-class communication skills.

To help you secure student and graduate talent contact us on 0208 392 3040, email careers@roehampton.ac.uk or complete our Expression of Interest form.

Internships, placements and volunteering opportunities

The University of Roehampton is looking for businesses and voluntary organisations willing to give our students the opportunity to work for them through paid placements and internships or as volunteers.

The Roehampton Internship Scheme
Supported by our partner, Santander Universities, our internship programme enables SMEs to offer three month part-funded internships to Roehampton students. We work with a range of employers across a variety of sectors. To be part of this fantastic opportunity to help your organisation and today’s future graduates download the Santander guide for Employers and contact Femi Yusoof, Unitemps Branch Manager, (femi.yusoof@roehampton.ac.uk) or call 020 8392 4477 to register your interest.

Career Mentoring with Roehampton Connect

Career mentoring is one of the ways we help students realise their potential and build their own network of contacts so that they can develop successful careers. The scheme matches Roehampton students and recent graduates with an experienced professional to receive one-to-one career advice, support and guidance. Our new mentoring scheme runs online through Roehampton Connect. This new platform, launched autumn 2015, enables students to search for mentors and for alumni to work closely with students and new graduates to support their career journey.

To join please go to Roehampton Connect to register, then create your own profile and go to the e-mentoring tab to set up your mentor services or needs. Mentoring may take place via telephone, in person, email or Skype according to what suits both the mentor and mentee.

Please contact mentoring@roehampton.ac.uk should you have any queries.

Careers Fairs and Events

We host many careers fairs and events throughout the year for our students and are very keen to work with new organisations who can attend or support these events.

Please complete the Expression of Interest form and send this via email to careers@roehampton.ac.uk to register your interest.
