Guaranteed room if you apply by 30 June.
Book by 31 March and get frozen or reduced prices for 26/27 and 27/28.
If you're a returning student - you're moving from one year to the next and on to postgraduate study - you can live in on-campus accommodation.
Choosing to live on campus means you can avoid the hassle of finding private accommodation and stay close to your classes, campus facilities, and the people you know.
We can cater to a range of lifestyles and choices too.
Group bookings
You can make sure you and your friends live together in the same flat, just make sure you include on the notes of your application the names of the people you want to live with, and we will ensure that you’re placed with them.
Mature students
If you're a mature student and want to be in a flat with mature students, please let us know via the free text box when you apply for accommodation, so we can do our best to house you with other mature students.
Quiet flats
You can also choose to live with other students who are interested in quieter accommodation. This option is designed for those who prefer a more moderate lifestyle with respect to alcohol, social events, and noise. It doesn’t mean you must live in silence or avoid alcohol entirely - rather, it helps us bring together students with similar preferences.
Postgraduate students
We have a limited number of 50-week contract rooms available for postgraduate students.
Preference is given to first-year postgraduate students. Postgraduate halls are also offered to undergraduate students who have returned to study after a break.
