Volunteering to support Roehampton

Many former students play an active volunteering role in supporting the University. It allows you to share your experience with current and prospective students, to develop your skills or gain experience in a new field and is a great way to meet new friends or catch up with old ones! Alumni volunteer in many ways and we are grateful for all the hours given by our graduates to support the university.

Become a mentor

Our career mentoring scheme enables alumni and friends of the University to mentor current students and recent graduates with one-to-one career advice, support and guidance. If you would like to share your experiences and help guide the career of others please contact to express an interest or apply direct to the scheme.

Guest lecture or workshop

Speak to a group of students and share professional insights, helping them make the transition to the world of work. Offer work experience, placements or internships – not only do you help the graduate leaders of the future you can raise awareness of your own organisation at the same time. Please email with your subject or department of interest if you would like to consider this.

Be a voice for Roehampton

Who better than our alumni to tell future students how great an experience you can have at Roehampton? We are looking for former Roehampton students to assist our recruitment team at events in the UK or overseas – both on campus and online. In addition, we are always on the hunt for alumni who would be willing to share their post-Roehampton experience. Our alumni profiles show the many paths that our graduates have taken. If you want to share your story complete our profile questionnaire.
