How does it work?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the university will give £20 Uber vouchers to international students arriving on the date above, rather than providing a coach. Please note that:

• All arriving to the UK are required to quarantine upon arrival.
• In order to use your voucher you must have the Uber app downloaded on your phone. An invite link with the voucher will be emailed to you closer to the date.
• You must have an up-to-date form of payment on your Uber app, as the voucher will cover £20 of the (approx. £45) transfer and you are expected to cover the remainder
• The service is only available between Heathrow airport and University of Roehampton
• Registration via the link above closes one week before your arrival.
• University of Roehampton will not be covering transport fees for arrivals outside of the set date. If you are arriving outside of the date set, please see below for information on how to get to campus
• We have kitchen and bedding packs available in our e-store. If you are arriving without, and wish to purchase them, please click here

What to do if you are making your own way to campus

On arrival, please make your way to the library, close to the university's main entrance. The welcome team will be located in the foyer between 9am and 7pm where you can register and collect your keys - campus map is available here.

What to do if you arrive late

Many students experience delays with their travel plans or visas application and so may be arriving later than planned, late at night or over the weekend. If this applies to you please email us in advance with your estimated arrival time, on your arrival please go to the Security Gatehouse at the Main Entrance to collect your keys.

What to do if you are not living on campus

You can join the welcome activities arranged for our on-campus students if you're living off campus, or overseas.
