Arrival and Orientation
Arriving at Roehampton
For each main intake we organise a welcome and orientation programme for new international students and study abroad/exchange students arriving at the University of Roehampton to help you make friends, settle in and feel at home before your classes start. We realise that arriving in a new country and meeting new people is exciting, but can be confusing and stressful as well, and our aim is to ensure that you have a positive experience both in and out of the classroom.
Our International Orientation activities will provide you with the best structure to help you settle in fast before your studies begin. It is also fun and engaging as well! Orientation covers various activities and it is important that you participate fully in order to prepare you for living and studying at Roehampton.
International Arrival Day for January will take place on 9 January 2019. Please try to book your flights to arrive in London on this date in order to participate in the international orientation activities and to use the free airport pick up service to the University from Heathrow Airport.
Airport pick up service
We offer a free airport pick-up service from London Heathrow Airport for international students who will be living in University accommodation.
How does it work?

You can't miss us – we will be wearing Roehampton hoodies and holding University of Roehampton signs! We will take you to your transport and send you on your way to the University.
Once you have signed up we will send you an email with all the details and contact information.
