To help you get the full university experience, we offer guaranteed accommodation if you accept your offer and apply for our accommodation before the deadline.
September/October 2026 entry
You will be guaranteed on campus accommodation if:
- You are an undergraduate or foundation applicant, home or overseas, who has accepted an offer and applied for accommodation on or before 30 June 2026
- You are postgraduate applicant, home or overseas, who has accepted your place and applied for accommodation on or before 30 June 2026
- If you are a study abroad or exchange student, see our Study Abroad webpages to find out if you are eligible for guaranteed accommodation
We cannot guarantee all types of rooms will be available, so we would encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We offer a range of different rooms, including premium options, quiet flats, and rooms for quiet flats.
If you have accepted your offer with us, you can apply for accommodation online.
Please note - you are still welcome to apply for accommodation after the 'guarantee' deadlines above, so always enquire if you require accommodation.
Affordable options
All our accommodation includes WiFi, contents insurance, utility bills and laundry. We have 24/7 security on campus, including campus wardens and flat reps.
You can choose a shared room or an ensuite, to live with friends or in single-sex flats.
