Living in our on-campus halls is a great way to find your community.
To help you get the full university experience, we offer guaranteed accommodation if you accept your offer and apply for our accommodation before the deadline.
September/October 2026 entry
You are guaranteed on-campus accommodation if you:
- Book your room by 21 August 2026.
- Are a home or overseas undergraduate, foundation or postgraduate student who has accepted your offer and applied for accommodation by 21 August 2026.
- Are a Study Abroad or Exchange student who is eligible for guaranteed accommodation (see our Study Abroad webpages for eligibility).
We cannot guarantee all types of rooms will be available, so we would encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We offer a range of different rooms, including premium options, quiet flats, and rooms for quiet flats.
If you have accepted your offer with us, you can apply for accommodation online.
Please note - you are still welcome to apply for accommodation after the 'guarantee' deadlines above, so always enquire if you require accommodation.
Affordable options
All our accommodation includes WiFi, contents insurance, utility bills and laundry. We have 24/7 security on campus, including campus wardens and flat reps.
You can choose a shared room or an ensuite, to live with friends or in single-sex flats.
