Sport Roehampton

Each of our clubs is open to all - from complete beginners to experienced athletes and most offer the chance to compete for the university and receive coached sessions and recreational sessions. The clubs all have a vibrant social side and are a great way to make new friends.

There are plenty of opportunities to represent the university against other universities, competing regularly in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) leagues and the more localised London Universities Sports Leagues (LUSL). Students can also represent the university in one-off tournaments throughout the year. All clubs are student focused meaning that the students themselves have significant input into how the club operates and what activities it does. Getting involved in the running of the club gives you the chance to develop transferable skills that employers demand and that really do make a difference when applying for jobs after university.
