Sustainable Engineering and Technology

The Dorothy Buchanan Building
Sustainable Engineering and Technology students will learn in The Dorothy Buchanan Building – a brand-new space opened in 2025. Your learning will take place in:
- Project Studios
- Our Digital Lab
- Our Environmental Lab
- Our Engineering and Fabrication Workshop
- Our dedicated CAD Lab
There are also plenty of break-out spaces and common areas for seminars, group –work, and collaboration.
Computing
From Software Development to Data Science and Cyber Security, and emerging digital technologies, our Computing courses prepare you for the future of work. Learn through practical, industry-connected experiences, and apply your skills to solve complex digital challenges.
The Sir David Bell Building
Computing students will study in our media centre, where you will learn to use the software and platforms you will be using in your future career. You will be learning in:
- Six dedicated Computing Labs
- A dedicated Cyber Security Lab
- Mac computer suite
- Computing Labs where you have access to professional tools, including Python, Java, Git, cloud platforms, and machine learning frameworks.
